I had moved here from India a few months back and was very skeptical while choosing a salon to do my hair coloring. I went to Ivory after seeing so many positive reviews online. Nicola helped with my haircut and hair coloringbalayage. She was very patient with the numerous questions I asked throughout the treatment and I must say she did a fantastic job and I was extremely happy with the results. She seemed a pro at her work. SIMPLY THE BEST!  A friend recommended Ivory Hair & Beauty to me 6 years ago and it’s now the only salon I will go to as they are simply the best! All of the staff that work at the salon are incredibly friendly and make your visit a lovely experience.  The small details they add are amazing down to whether you want to enjoy an alcoholic cocktail or simply just a cup of tea in their amazing personalised cups. During Covid they have taken every safety precaution to ensure their clients are kept safe during their visits and worked incredibly hard to get all their clients back to looking their best selves again! What I love most about the salon is their honesty and that they would never do anything that could damage your hair and they give you realistic expectations of what you can achieve during your visit as I think we are all guilty of showing a photo we’ve found online and wanting it exactly the same.  The salon is a place you could spend the whole day at as you have the amazing beauty treatments to also enjoy so you know that once you leave your appointment you are going to be looking amazing! I just moved here from Canada, it took me a while to get the courage to have someone here do my hair because I have gone to the same place in Canada for years. I booked a consultation at Ivory with Olivia and she was amazing!!! She made me feel so comfortable and put me completely at ease, we went over the plan and then booked me in to come back and have my hair done…… I just got home and I must say Olivia is amazing, she knew exactly what I needed and she did such a great job on my hair I’m beyond happy. She’s so kind and friendly that all my anxiety went away within the first 5 minutes!!!! The whole salon was a great experience, everyone working there was welcoming, friendly and went above and beyond!!
