Looking for a government agency/corporate call centre type of shopping experience? This is the place! I found a queen-size bed here I liked and went looking for a bedside table among other things. Found a nice one reduced to clear with big price tags all over it so grabbed it. Looked like they wanted to get rid of it asap. Ben the salesman had just finished telling a woman what a good salesman he was bcs he'd never sell you anything you didn't want. Great! Except ... I couldn't buy that particular table bcs it was part of a display - even though it didn't match at all. More were on order but 2 weeks away. I found an identical one in white on the floor nearby beside a pile of cardboard boxes - presumably not on display - and asked if he could just swap them as the white one looked much more like part of the display but Noooooooo. That would be too hard. So Ben won't sell you what you want either. I left without buying the $850 bed and $200+ worth of extras. Called the manager Rob to see if something could be done but I just got a long-winded public service explanation of how he'd love to help me yada yada but wouldn't and then made a smart-arse comment. They'd rather spend 20 minutes explaining why they can't sell you something than 3 minutes selling it to you. Don't bother. Any of the other stores around 'Freedom' here are far more helpful, as I found.

Good product and good prior-contract service. I've signed a kitchen contract with Freedom but during the process, lots of issues raised. I've added a stone benchtop to my kitchen contract. I expected the stone benchtop would come with the cabinets, but turns out I need to ask the stone supplier (Freedom Kitchen outsourced their stone benchtop to a third party supplier) to come in to measure the site AFTER the cabinets are installed. A.K.A. I can only have my cabinets by in my kitchen and CANNOT use the kitchen for 2-3 weeks before the stone supplier deliver and install the benchtop. By this time, I was disappointed but still okay with Freedom Kitchen. Here's something even worse. You need to talk to your installer, who is assigned by Freedom Kitchen, ask them when they can finish installing and contact the stone supplier YOURSELF, to book a time for them to measure the site. They won't organize it for you. And be aware, none of above info will be advised until you sign the contract and make payment. I expected Freedom Kitchen could take care of everything of my kitchen. But now turns out there's no difference if I organize all parts myself. If you are trying to organize all parts yourself, it's your choice. But you expect someone to take care everything for you, it's would be better to find other kitchen suppliers or a tradie to do it.
