The staff in store is very helpful and friendly. The bed I bought had factory fault and Deam from the store followed it up quickly, and the problem sorted in less than one hour on Saturday! I’m really happy with the customer services and I’ll come back to shop for sure !

Worst delivery service I have ever experienced, unpack damaged goods and hide the damage! For the massive price the charge for delivery they don’t even remove the packaging, don’t ever shop here....you’ll end up dealing with consumer affairs guaranteed. Buyer beware

After buying a lounge suite, we returned the following month and bought an entire range of lounge and dining furniture. Great service and loving how all the new pieces looked. Very reasonably priced for the quality. We'll be back.

Really disappointing customer service from this place. I placed an order for a bedroom suite on Boxing Day to be delivered mid to late Jan. No one replied to my email to follow up the status and when I called, I was told the shipment was delayed and the ETA was unknown so I should just call back in a week to check up on it. When you place an order with a time frame, it isn't the customer's responsibility to check this information.
