Very nice experience. The store has a good selection of furniture. Most of items had the stock that we did not need to wait for a long time. We bought the whole set for our house. Also, great delivery service.

Horrible! Bought a sofa they advertised on Gumtree the previous night for $600. Put in the matching offer and called them the next morning to confirm that we could pick it up in the afternoon and were told that's fine and would hold it. I had taken the afternoon off work to come pick it up drove from 1 and half hours and rang them when we were 5 minutes away just to be told that sold it to someone else 10 minutes ago. That's just ridiculous 3 hours driving and an afternoons work it cost me for nothing. For something i bought and called up about to say you would hold and didn't. I should have read your previous reviews as where often there is smoke there is fire. Wont be back ofcourse! Shocking service!

Just bought a set of sofas, amazing price, reasonable quality for the price, very happy with it!!! thank you! btw, the delivery guy was really nice, and helped us to get the sofas upstairs.

Hi there, My partner called you this morning to arrange pick up for the couch. You told him to pick our couch up by 5pm. He called as he was almost there and then you stated you had "Sold the couch to someone else". This is complelty unfair. We purchased the couch on gumtree and had been liasing with you over the phone in regard to the pick up of OUR couch. We both took the afternoon of work today, and additionaly hired a trailor to transport it. We are now almost $400 in debt due to this. We paid $100 to hire the trailor plus our usual wages. Would you be able to reimburse us for at least the trailor hire? It would have been ok if you let us know it was not availble today... but telling someone that they have it and that it is sitting there for pick up and then selling it is not ok. We travelled almost 3 hours. I will be reporting this to gumtree, and posting it in your review. You should be ashamed to run a bussiness that is based soley on financial gain (even though we were only 20 minutes away from the store when you sold OUR purchased couch). I look forward to your response.
