10 year warranty! Blah! Purchased 6 dining chairs and they have all lost their shape/padding has moved - and only after 12 months! Beware. Their T&C's have it conveniently hidden that you need to notify them within 7 days of noticingany defect, never mind the 10yr warranty. I have bought a few things from Amart, but won't be anymore after they refused to process the claim. I will be taking this up with Consumer Commission as it is disgraceful.
I've come here a bunch of times and they are usually flexible with the price . Purchased a recliner recently for my wife which they adjusted the price on and wanted a recliner for myself . I asked them what the best price was on the recliner I wanted and the manager refused to budge. You know the stuff is made in China , they know it's made in China . So their stinginess only hurts them because they have one more chair they need to get rid of and one less customer.
Staff was very friendly, but the delivery drivers they use aren't great. I missed a delivery because I never received a text for the tracking or the time frame. Re scheduled the delivery after missing it, but didn't receive a text again, worried I called up and asked about it ONLY THEN did they send me a text with the delivery tracking and time frame. WARY OF DELUVERY they will not wait more than 5 minutes for you before deeming you aren't there for your delivery. And will lie saying they waited 10+ minutes
Salesman was great and very helpful. The table we bought was damaged so we asked for a replacement . It takes a loooong time to work this out. Emails take over 48 hrs for anyone to reply and when they do it’s very rude. Finally got a replacement table and it was damaged also. Never ever again will we be buying anything from Amart. Another 2 weeks of emails and some were left unanswered. Extremely rude in replying and making it seem that we are being picky by sending it back. Eventually got our refund . Way to hard to deal with.
Sam the store manager is the rudest person I have gone across who talks over you and has zero customer service or care factor. If the conversation does not go in her direction she even hangs up on you and does not own up to her mistakes
The staff were friendly but fairly inattentive and couldn’t get my order right. When it finally arrived as stock I got the wrong item. You get what you pay for I guess!
Went to buy a desk/gaming table .. ended also buying outdoor furniture for the gazebo and a coffee table!! Leanne was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank ypu will go back for her excellent customer service. Will post review on furniture post delivery in a couple of weeks
After the payment is done, the delivery date will be changed and the money will be returned in a few days. The staff is friendly, but the service is rubbish. They ruined my day.
Very competitive prices was sale time. Very nice range of furniture. Well set out. Staff busy but very helpful.
Very good range of stock & bought 2 swivel bar stools the young Asian lady was very helpful.
