I was looking for a wok last week, Harvey Norman was as hopeless as usual with NO SERVICE so I continued walking down to The General Trader. AMAZING service! The lady was so helpful in every way and she was 100% genuine, couldn't have made any improvement! I will be going back there next week to buy the wok, noting her name and also writing to the company.
