nnHad a printing job of over 500 pages at Officeworks Ferntree Gully and received amazing help from two staff members. My files were quite large and they patiently helped me troubleshoot and process everything without ever making me feel rushed. A big thank you to the young lady with blonde hair and the tall gentleman who assisted me. Your patience and excellent customer service were truly appreciated!
Great service and great people who have a great knowledge on products and greatly value your time. Big shout out to Ethan that helped me last week. He clearly went beyond what was expected to make sure it all went smoothly and I left satisfied. Thanks big man
Yesterday I came into Officeworks and was genuinely impressed by the service Mikaela provided in the print and copy department. It’s rare these days to come across staff who genuinely seem to enjoy what they do, but Mikaela’s attitude and work ethic really stood out. Her positive energy made the whole experience much more pleasant.
I visited the Ferntree Gully store about a month ago and saw some chairs I’d been keen on and they were reduced significantly from the original price. I didn’t purchase them but was still thinking about them so popped into the store again this afternoon as I was in the area for work. I was excited as the chairs were now priced even lower than I initially saw them for. I had asked a staff member who turned out to be Leigh, the store manager if there were any of a particular colour left. He stopped what he was doing, looked up stock levels on the system, checked out the back, then did a whip around of the store to search for them. He said he could check with another store for me. When I mentioned I wasn’t actually from that particular area and if he could check the inner suburban stores, he arranged for a click and collect at my local store but at the same advertised price as the FG store-I couldn’t believe my luck! I didn’t even ask him-I am so appreciative for people like Leigh in customer service! In a customer facing role, people can be notoriously difficult to deal with but I feel Leigh went above and beyond-it’s a crap time financially for everyone at the moment so this saving means so much when trying to furnish a new home! Thanks Leigh-you and your team deserve a catered morning tea hint hint Head Office to celebrate the work you do!
I’ve got no issues where I ordered online banner. I did it twice and no hustle.nnIt was actually 3days ahead from the expected schedule. So I am pleased to get my stuff in advance.nnThough the printing/collecting area is under staff. I don’t see any issues, I think I’ve waited for 5 to 7 mins in a week days 4pm.
