Terrible experience with a $3500 dishwasher - why bother when you buy something and it’s no better than a $700 Fischer Paykel ? Mysteriously our pump gets a particle in it that blocks it causing it to operate at 50% efficiency for 9 months and now is blocked and flooded again - no doubt needing expensive repair post warranty. Rack securing clips need an engineer to fit them - literally - with the official repair man on site I had to give him ideas as to how to put the stupid things back together - yellow labelled rack tags meaning yellow = terrible. Repair guy blames us for what otherwise is just an ordinary product. Don’t bother - buy Hoover or Fischer and Paykel and throw them out every 5 years it will be cheaper than this rubbish.

what a bad experience with this world renowned product!!! Total disaster for 3 days, just for a normal delivery with extra ordinary price tag!!( delivery $100 and installation $100) and still they can't find address.. still searching... Rude customer service and lie nothing but lies... Please THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU SPEND WITH MIELE and Harvey Norman 210 Lonsdale street, Melbourne.

Nothing special we knew what we want. The service was good and friendly. I'm not happy with delivery charge 95.00 far to steep.

We have had 5 homes in 5 years Miele in every home and experience coffee machines and microwaves always breaking down. Try and get service at Miele wait 1/2 hour on the phone to talk to someone and then weeks to get someone to come out. Ask yourself why are the getting so many calls must be lots of faults. After a 2 week wait to fix both of our microwave units stopped working at the same time. Still have not seen anybody after 3 phone calls 30 minute wait each time. We decided to remove all the Miele appliances and replace them with another brand. Atrocious service. Never buying Miele again.

This location is not normally for repair drop offs. I was dissapointed to learn that their policy is not to lubricate vacuum motor bearings in for service. For an expensive prestige manufacturer this is forced obsolescence, not customer care.
