I had a very unpleasant experience at Chemist Warehouse Knoxfield today.nOne of the staff members was quite rude and judgmental during checkout.nWhile I was waiting for my medication, my toddlers were getting restless, so I opened a custard that I intended to purchase to calm them down. When I went to pay, the staff member told me , in a very blunt tone , that I should have paid for it before opening it, and then refused to even touch the item, as if my kids were dirty or carrying something contagious!!!nnI’ve done the same at other stores before and have always been met with understanding and kindness. often, staff even offer to throw it away for me.nThis experience left me feeling embarrassed and judged in a place where I expected professionalism and basic respect.nnI really hope the management looks into this. This kind of behaviour is not acceptable in a country where respect is a basic rule for people and especially for businesses.

Generally I visited this shop most often with high level of trust and confidence. However, bad experience last week failed me. The fish oil shows half price about $40 and I was just wanted to buy. Then I just bought it without too much price matching. Later, I found its price dropped to $30 and still half price label. Then I went back and shows original price $40. It is clearly cheating or misleading. Not good.

Pharmacy move at snails pace. Today waited 25 minutes for 1 box of medication and it wasn’t even busy. 2 customers that handed their scripts in after me received their medication before me. Personally i think if it’s anymore than a 15 minute wait the customer should be informed, as I had to pick up my daughter from school.nnGeneral store is clean and tidy and shelves are always stocked. Just a shame about the pharmacy.

My local pharmacy, usually pretty well stocked and the script wait times are fair! Really depends on the day you go in, and always friendly staff!

Second time they said my script is ready for pick-up but they won't dispense it. They claim that they have messaged me but no message has been received to let me know of the issue as to why they cannot dispense it. It's just a medication for my acid reflux LOL, why make it so difficult! Fix your issues and stop giving your customers grief. Some of us cannot easily go back and forth to your store because of your mistake.
