I had a disappointing experience at JB Hi-Fi today. I purchased a screen protector and asked for help with installation. It was installed twice, and both times it was done poorly bubbles and misalignment.nnWhen I politely asked if they could help fix it he said “you asked for a favour” and that installation is not their job. The tone felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially after the previous attempts were unsuccessful he was very rude.nnI understand that installation might not be an official service, but after two failed attempts, I expected better customer care or at least a more respectful response.nnOverall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend going to this store
Had a great experience here. Customer service in-store were super friendly from staff who helped me find the product I was after to the check desk. Thank you and keep up the awesome work!
Staff are rude and thanks to that got way better deal and better service at a different shop with staff that are professional and polite.nI highly sergest not going to jb hifi.nGood luck to ya if you do
Jb hi fi have now moved their location inside the centre,still well stocked close to outside shop size I would say. It’s always good to visit in-store to better understand the in and out of what you are after, today I was shopping for a new pc , store assistant Aidon answered lots of things very quickly and helped me better clarify which system best suited my application 5 stars service all the way
Awesome customer service. Love the big screen TV's.
