Bad experience today. I bought an Ipad air + ipen+protector+ case. They mentioned they dont have skills to install an protector on the ipad. Made me wait and refused to help me. Team mentioned that they dont an machine to install it lol. Whole team argues its my responsibility to get it installed. They sales guy who helped us vanished when I started asking about the service to install. Terrible staff. scale up, being pretty or being handsome is NOT enough. You guys should have skills too !nnA small business outside the store who installs the screen did the job for $20. Either this staff diverting this service to him for cut from his earnings or just just plain unskilled staff.nnNow AI can compare products, help review the product and features. Least the staff is doing is pack the product , help on payment ? thats all ?  Only jobs which AI CAN't take is the manual jobs like these, this also is outsourced !!!!

Excellent customer service yesterday from Aidan,  My previous Samsung charger failed just after the six month warranty and I urgently needed a new charger and cable because the spare one I had took too long to charge my phone. I called in the evening and Aidan popped it aside and then assisted me in-store.  I was rushing home so it did not take too long. Aidan also suggested other services including geeks-2 u for any software updates and went on to educate me on purchasing a life-time Microsoft Office subscription to save money whilst also explaining other options and limitations.   There is no Officeworks or Harvey Norman at Knox so I am glad there is a great JB Hi-fi store with a tech savvy team who go above and beyond to assist. Thanks

Excellent customer service from Anthony at the Knox store. We went in for a particular product they should’ve had in stock but Anthony could not locate them. He wanted to ensure we didn’t leave empty handed so helped choose an alternative product and match our price point. We walked away with a great product at a great price. Anthony provided exceptional customer service going above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our in store experience.

To the staffing team, please put more staff on during busy holiday periods. I waited for ages to be served, all staff were busy that’s ok. Thought I’d come back in half an hour and when I did, all staff were still busy.nnIt would be good to be acknowledged instead of stared at by staff.
