Jb hi fi have now moved their location inside the centre,still well stocked close to outside shop size I would say. It’s always good to visit in-store to better understand the in and out of what you are after, today I was shopping for a new pc , store assistant Aidon answered lots of things very quickly and helped me better clarify which system best suited my application 5 stars service all the way
Good range at this store, it's a decent size.nLow rating is for two reasons; I was in the store for a good 15 minutes and had questions regarding headphones and headsets for my work. I went straight to that section and was looking. Had multiple team members walk past me, including a shorter lady who seemed to be the one in charge, probably the manager. No one offered assistance or approached me and I walked out empty handed.nReason #2 is I overheard a team member tell another customer that the gaming chairs they had on display weren't in stock and essentially never had been, they were just sent from the warehouse and had to be ordered. Whoever made this decision in head office is stupid, at least put up large signs to tell customers... If someone sees a chair online, comes into store to try the display model and then likes it, at least have the capacity to offer that model for sale. This reflects poorly on head management rather than the team members at the store.
Go to good guys instead, same brand but way better service.nnCouldn’t get the attention of staff even when I asked for help. They just said they will send someone but the store was empty. Nobody interested in the customers.nnBought the same tv from good guys instead.
Big shout out to Tom and Justin for their awesome customer service. I recently visited the store to update my iPhone 11 to an iPhone 15 pro max. They explained the features of several of the phones and in the end I decided to go with the iPhone 15 pro max. I was even shown a range of phone cases and screen protectors. These guys are a real asset to the Knox store. Thankyou again for your great customer service.
we thought we had preordered a flip top phone apparently not, we just filled out the promotional forms the staff member disappeared, we stuffed around filling out this stuff, the staff member never returned, we thought job was done. Rang yesterday no order placed... unfortunately I purchased my phone two days later .... last purchase from you, damn shame because I had a five star experience with my purchase.
