JB Hi-Fi

Went in about 11 am on a weekday. The store wasn't busy. I was needing some advice on a blue tooth enabled sound system I intended to purchase. I asked a lady in the DVD/CD section if I could get some assistance, and she directed me to the relevant section where someone would come and assist me. I waited there for 10+ minutes but nobody came to assist. Subsequently I left and purchased elsewhere. Disappointing.

Today I had Samantha help me with upgrading my phone and she was amazing! Very friendly, helpful and informative I definitely felt that she had given me the best deal and service that I could get! Absolutely going to recommend all my friends and family! Thank you again for all your help!

Yesterday 7th of February I had Steve help me out with a gaming headset his knowledge and advice on which ones to get were so helpful and accurate and he is definitely the best person to be served by, give him a raise :))

I went there on Wednesday 27th September 2017 but it was extremely nice of them to swap the Apple TV 4th Generation 64GB to the Apple TV 4K 32GB for free so I could use it on my 4K TV. The staff were kind to me and the service was amazing.
