I have a very bad experience with this shop. I bought this sport box set at January. When I open it and let my children to play at February, I found the quality is not good n there has a big design defect. Please see the attached photo that it is easy to extend, but it is very difficult and dangerous to the fingers when u want to close it. I spend over 30 mins but still can not fix it. it is totally new and I even not play it at all. I bring my invoice to refund. however the staff reject and ask shop manager to handle. And he reject again. the reason is I already open it and he agree it is difficult to close but not a kind of design defect. he just friendly suggest me to open / close it by a adult. he also admit it is quite dangerous to a child to handle it. thus it should open/close by an adult. I really feel upset as this is obviously a toy but the rebel staff recommends me dont let child to handle. I repeated ask him to refund or even exchange to our products. All of my suggestion is rejected. I really disappointed to this shop, those staffs. I will never go to this shop anymore. they are selling those poor quality products and reject to refund or exchange. They are treated customers fairly n not want to solve the problem but just want to kick u out!
Store is very accommodating with their selection. But more so accommodating are the staff.nOne is particular stands among the rest, Ellie!!! Got to give her prompts as she is very thorough and thoughtful when it comes to helping customers. Her kind attitude and product knowledge, make her one of the best representatives of the Rebel crew at Westfield Shopping Centre in Knox.nYou’re awesome, Ellie. And you deserve to be considered for management.nJust my opinion!
Big love and points to Ellie at the Rebel Sport store in Westfield, Knox. She’s amazing and very helpful. Shows kindness and respect regardless of what the day may have been like . Very professional and courteous to customers but more so thoughtful and knowledgeable about the products which are being sold. Goes out of her way to give you all the options possible for you make an informed decision.nI hope Ellie gets recognition from the Rebel Sport company for her hard work and dedication to the store and to the customers who shop there!
I had a partially used paper gift voucher and I went into your Knox store to redeem the balance only to be told it is on stop for possible fraud. After the very polite assistant rang customer service that could give no explanation as to why but I still could not redeem the balance on the voucherover$100.00 left. I had to get proof of purchase of the voucher which was a gift to me from many many months ago. I can only believe Rebel, who is trading very poorly, is working on the assumption that X amount of customers won't follow up or can't find original receipt and they pocket this as free money to sure up their failing business. Highly recommend don't buy thier gift vouchers ever. The staff are very nice and helpful though, not their fault.
I don't know who the girl was that looked after me, but she was super lovely. Wandered down to Rebel, after going to the AFL store to get a number on a jumper I had recently purchased not from the AFL store only to be told they dont do it on jumpers not purchased at the AFL store ok? Fine I guess? I can take my business elsewhere and explained the situation to the girl at the register, even she looked shocked the AFL store dont do numbers unfortunately, knox didn't have the number i wanted in stock, so called Eastland and were happy to do it if I could make it by a certain time
