Friendly and helpful staff.nIt has a basketball and soccer room to test out some gears.nIt also has a shoe recycling bin.nThe change rooms are huge with many mirrors and different lighting for you to test out the activewear.
I purchased a pair of Adidas Galaxy 7 Black red this afternoon at around 3:20. I didn't get the assistants name to thank in this post but the experience was the smoothest quickest and helpful I have received in years. Looking around I could see staff being attentive and friendly. Big thanks and based on this experience I will be back!
Rating lost 2 stars for customer service.Huge selection of shoes, accessories and apparell, PLUS a mini court to 'try b4 you buy' however ZERO STAFF.Friday afternoon,Knox was packed, Rebel was empty. We spent well over $800, and wouldve been more if we couldve had some assistance.Even just for shoe sizing, when we finally did find a staff member, he admitted he didnt know anything as he wasnt from 'shoe department' seemed like we where interupting him, very unhelpful.
Very frustrating that this particular store rarely has the item I want in my size. Today it was two items, a month ago it was two different items. Six months ago it was three.nI am not a large person or a tiny person. Customer service today was pleasant from the two staff members who assisted me.nNever get an offer to get the item transferred to the store instead it’s just go online and order it and pay the postage. If Rebel can’t supply the item instore they should get across. Lift your customer service standards here.nnI see Rebel have put their automated response to a review. There is no way Rebel will change their policy here.
Alex @ Rebel Knox was very helpful to find the Melbourne Storm top that I was looking for, even tho the young lady at Eastland said I couldn’t even order in.nI am I retail myself and when I receive good service I like to at least give a review.nWell done Alex keep up the good work.
