My daughter bought a basketball hoop as a present from Santa for our 8yo grandson. When trying to assemble Christmas Eve, they discovered there were some missing parts. Repacked the box, wrapped it and put in under the tree. He was none the wiser on Christmas morning and as the family were off on holiday, it stayed in the box. We were tasked with organising a replacement. I rang Rebel Knox and was put through to Arcu, he was so helpful and understood our dilemma. We had the new hoop the next day, back under the tree and a little boy totally unaware of Santa’s hiccup. Thank you so much Arcu and Tayla. Fabulous customer service.
Not sure what has happened to the customer service in Rebel Knox. The counter staff appeared tired and disengaged, and there was little sign of warmth or welcome. During my visit, I hardly saw any staff smiling, which was a great contrast to my previous experiences at Rebel stores.
Friendly and helpful staff.nIt has a basketball and soccer room to test out some gears.nIt also has a shoe recycling bin.nThe change rooms are huge with many mirrors and different lighting for you to test out the activewear.
New fit out but same old crappy service. The buy 2 second the second pair half price racks are full of cloths that don’t get the discount. You only find this out when you get to the counter. No I don’t want to be a member and no I don’t want to donate to a charity. Im here to buy two tee shirts that advertise as buy 2 get the second half price! But no you cant even get your sales right. Lost me as a customer for life
Incredibly rude staff. I was in the change room and opened the door to show my partner. A staff member yelled out “you do know we close at 5”. There were no announcements over the PA, the team members had just walked past us and didn’t say anything we didn’t realise the time or would have left. Two of the team members then came into the change room area and started discussing customers, the time and there desire to leave work. It was 5.01 when we walked out. There is a much more polite way to direct customers out of the store, and not to overtly speak about customers in their presence. Horrendous behaviour. These team members need a conversation with HR and some more training.
