I have a very bad experience with this shop. I bought this sport box set at January. When I open it and let my children to play at February, I found the quality is not good n there has a big design defect. Please see the attached photo that it is easy to extend, but it is very difficult and dangerous to the fingers when u want to close it. I spend over 30 mins but still can not fix it. it is totally new and I even not play it at all. I bring my invoice to refund. however the staff reject and ask shop manager to handle. And he reject again. the reason is I already open it and he agree it is difficult to close but not a kind of design defect. he just friendly suggest me to open / close it by a adult. he also admit it is quite dangerous to a child to handle it. thus it should open/close by an adult. I really feel upset as this is obviously a toy but the rebel staff recommends me dont let child to handle. I repeated ask him to refund or even exchange to our products. All of my suggestion is rejected. I really disappointed to this shop, those staffs. I will never go to this shop anymore. they are selling those poor quality products and reject to refund or exchange. They are treated customers fairly n not want to solve the problem but just want to kick u out!
Tj at Knox Rebel was very helpful to me when getting fitted for some new Under Armour running shoes. The ones I wanted weren’t in stock so he recommended other Rebel stores that had them then advised me about ordering online for delivery which suited me perfectly. I have ordered them and will receive them within the week. Thanks Tj. Really good service.
I can’t speak highly enough of the staff here, especially Akila I hope I’ve spelled his name correctly!. I was overwhelmed by the number of running shoe options, but he really listened to what I needed and gave excellent, knowledgeable advice without making me feel pressured. I bought the shoes straight away and couldn’t be happier with my choice. Excellent customer service!
Store is very accommodating with their selection. But more so accommodating are the staff.nOne is particular stands among the rest, Ellie!!! Got to give her prompts as she is very thorough and thoughtful when it comes to helping customers. Her kind attitude and product knowledge, make her one of the best representatives of the Rebel crew at Westfield Shopping Centre in Knox.nYou’re awesome, Ellie. And you deserve to be considered for management.nJust my opinion!
Brought my son to Rebel Knox this afternoon for a pair of soccer boots. Excellent experience as he was able to have some kicks & try out the boots. Unfortunately his size ran out of stocks. Josh was one of the best sales rep I've encountered. He was super enthusiastic & helpful...to the extent he rang up another store & reserved a pair of the right size for us! Definitely my go-to store for sporting goods.
