New store alert - epic place! I could spend hours here but I didn't on this occasion...coz kids!nTheir range is so extensive in every category and they've been clever in creating a space that feels like an event or experience rather than just a shop to buy stuff. I spotted a basketball court and a soccer kicking room amongst other sporting stations.nThe service I received from a young lady in the kids shoe section was so helpful. She didn't leave our side until we found 2 pairs of shoes that we needed after the original pairs we wanted were unavailable. She also took care to check the fit which was a great help. When you're a mum-shopper with kids in tow, you're often doing all the things all at once so oftentimes don't always get offered the help.nThanks Rebel Knox, always leaving your store happy not so much the bank account though!
Deplorable lack of sizes in men’s runners.nnHow can you claim to be a sport shoe shop in outer suburban Melbourne and barely have anything size 12 or over.nn12 isn’t an abnormally large size, especially for blokes. Stop prioritising the height impaired and get some shoes in men’s sizes again!nnShopping elsewhere from now on.nnNote: the floor staff were lovely and tried their best, no problem with the workers, just the stock manager
Had a terrible experience today. Placed a click and collect order for a shoe. Was given a used shoes with dirt and scuff marks on it. Probably some one returned it and these guys didn’t bother checking it. When I went back to return the staff at the store were looking at me like I’m wasting their time and pretending to be too busy to check stock for an exchange. Customer service is non existent in this rebel store…nI hope you guys at least clean the shoes before passing on to the next person
Rebel is like the Bunnings of a sports store. Has a bit for everyone. More floor staff is needed though i waited neally 30mins for help for boots for my daughter the other day. Very fustrating especially when I was in a hurry.
My favourite shop to buy sports clothes. Plenty of choices to choose from. Friendly and helpful staff. You’ll always find your favourite brand due to well arranged/organized sections.
