Absolutely horrendous customer service through phonecall. Bought a dishwasher about 18 months ago, want to find out the model number for warranty purpose. They said unable to find through their system even though I told them I will give them my name and the date that I purchased from. Straightaway told me to go to the manufacturer for warranty information. They said they have lots of other things to do, and it would take a week to get the information. Absolutely no after care customer service. Pretty much mean that once you bought from us, don't expect anything more if something went wrong. If I can give rating of 0, I would. Just a caution, their price might be cheaper sometimes, but don't expect any customer service.
I haven't yet installed my new kitchen and laundry appliances but the customer service, product knowledge and every interaction with John Alan Betta Home Living has been exceptional. And the delivery guys were legends too! They even took my old appliances away. Thank you so much.
The team from John Alan Betta Home Living has been amazing to deal with. When it came to scheduling delivery, Wayne has been prompt and very responsive in his communication. Could not have asked for better service. I highly recommend and will buy again.
The staff is very helpful and they don't try to push you to purchase stuff. Unlike some other hifi stores nearby, the staff does seem to care about everyone who walks in and try to give you the best possible price on everything.
Patrick at John Allan Betta Home Living, Knox was very helpful when I rang asking for details of frost free freezers. I then visited the store and Patrick was again very helpful in showing us the differnt freezers they had and provided a competitive price for a Chiq 166 litre frost free freezer which we purchased and picked up the same day. Patrick also advised me that if I registered the warranty online I would get an extra 2 years warranty making a total of 5 years warranty. So a very positive experience and I am happy to recommend John Alan Betta Home Living Knox for your white goods & electronic needs.
I bought a microwave from this place and it turned out to be faulty after few months. The support team were super duper helpful and it literally took me 1 phone call to get the replacement unit organised. Very happy with their service! Totally recommend them.
I recently purchased an induction cook top from John Allen Betta Home Living and had an excellent experience doing business with them. While the cook top wasn’t in stock I was able to order it and arrange for delivery by the end of January. I was kept up to date with the progress of my order and contacted last week to say that the cook top could be delivered today 18/1/23. I was phoned to check that someone would be home to accept delivery and my cooktop arrived within the hour. I am a very satisfied customer and will certainly use this business again.
Great experience! Introduced by my friend Senika to call Betta for this fridge I'm looking to buy she just bought a new fridge from Betta one month ago and I'm so pleased with the service provided by Wayne, price beat and efficiency - Placed the order yesterday afternoon and got the new fridge delivered this morning. The delivery staff is also amazing, Jye and his team. I only measured the fridge space dimensions and forgot to measure the entrance, it was very difficult to get the fridge into the room, we ended up unboxing it at the entrance but Jye and his team have really done a amazing job ! With great attention and care! I'm so happy with this purchase and delivery service! will definitely share this with my friends too.
We paid for an oven in full , led to believe and told we would go to front of the line it would be in by 1st November, it's now 6th December, still waiting?Update they got my oven delivered before Christmas , great result , thank you very much , happy with the Smeg oven.
Good service. Replied promptly to my TV not being available and then set out to get me one on the next shipment. Delivery good.
