GENUINE AD - Anyone wanting to purchase a leather sofa which was purchased from PLUSH. Practically brand new and hardly sat on. Leather and Automatic recline. We bought our new modular couch from plush. Ordered it a couple of months ago. The initial store experience was ok, certainly sales push going on but they're friendly and helpful talking through the different options. Don't get sucked in by the sales to be in as hurry, they'll always discount by 50% if you push hard enough. The first drama was a mistake the sales girl made that we didn't pick up on the order. Firstly we drew out the plan and had a 1.5 seater in three middle so the couch would fit in our room. Within hours we contacted them in store and were told that we'd have to pay 30% more because we're changing the order. We didn't. It's not as though they could have started making it the same day seriously. The next day my wife asked if we could change from cloth to leather and we were told we couldn't get the sale price anymore and would have to pay 30% on top of that. Again there's no way they could have started making this couch. Of course we didn't go ahead with the change The couch was due for delivery towards the end of January with the remainder of the money to be paid when notified. Well they delivered it early and we had to pay at Christmas time. Seriously who has spare money at Christmas time? Could we enforce the original agreed delivery date? Well no. The couch was delivered and put together by a couple of delivery guys. They were friendly as competent. They did however spill about 20 litres of diesel in my driveway because my driveway is steep. So as an experience goes we've got a couch. It's an ok couch. It barely fits (I'll take some of the blame here). The company aren't good to deal with post sales at all. Their conduct is interesting to say the least. So buyer beware at its finest. Be careful add be very sure and you'll likely get an ok couch.

Bought the Park Ave and Scala chair. They were delivered on time and They are soooo comfortable! I'm very happy with my purchase. The whole experience was very easy and pleasant. Definitely recommend to friends and family.
