Came in to buy some pomade. Waited 5 minutes to get a haircut. Hairdresser did not shave my side as requested. I requested 0 - 1 she put a 2 all the way. She shampooed my hair but did not wipe the hair on my neck. I had a lot of hair sticking on the back of my neck as i drove home. I looked on the left side of my head and the length of the hair is messily uneven. I came out looking worse than coming in. She was also very rough in handling my head. I paid $35 for the haircut.

Very profesional and helpfull staff. Also my 9 years daughter had ears pierced by Josh- great job very good with kids and  very clean.

Everyone's experiences are different. Mine was very positive, i had the owner do my hair- cut, style, blow dry and curl. He was super friendly, comes in Thursday, Friday and Saturday, but in general i thought the service and environment was very good. Got asked for a drink by one of the workers and so he made me a hot mocha =D

I was looking forward to a fabulous new color however on my first visit they didn't manage to put highlights in as requested. I returned the following week where they proceeded to mess up the highlights completely. Don't bother going here if you want a hairdresser that listens to what you want. They don't know what subtle means. I am new to the Knox area so would appreciate suggestions for a decent hairdresser in the area. I won't be returning to this one.
