Messy setup - furniture, storage & table items spread across the entire store with no logical placement for these items.nnHazard: Many loading trolleys left around the store - blocking aisles and walking paths. Staff should be doing mass restocking of shelves at quiet times, not at peak times.
Only in Kmart having issues with refund. Staff unable to understand third party bank apps tap & pay doesn't show the card's number, even showing her the transaction record still doesn't believe I paid with the bank apps. I am happy to receive in store credit, but how annoying when the staff doesn't have an open mind, and insists in some out of dated information.
Well stocked. Not busy today
Bought a few big glass and ceramic jars yesterday. Ceramic jars were sealed so I could see there were cracks inside one of it until I got home. One of the glass jars was immediately cracked when half filled with water on its first rinse. Took them back today and my bad I forgot to bring my receipt. I explained:n- I didn’t ask for a refundn- This was not a change of mind - the items were faulty, I just want to swap for the same itemsn- Both items still have tickets with barcodesnI was told by staff 100% nothing they could do without receipt. Tickets with barcodes and my mobile banking transaction details I’m sure are valid proof of purchase.nJust terrible service making things more difficult for your customers..
BAIT ADVERTISING on website claiming product is on sale but because SKU # is different in store for an identical item, won't honor the advertised price. Wasted my time and resources driving to this store because they said they had it in stock.
