I have been a customer of Chemist Warehouse in Westfield Knox for a number of years. I have found the pharmacists extremely helpful and diligent and go the extra mile to make certain that my needs are not only met in a friendly and efficient manner, but provide advice that I find very helpful especially when my medications are changed. The atmosphere created by the dispensary staff as well as the retail staff is excellent and it is a pharmacy that I look forward to attending. I wish that more pharmacies operated as this one does.well done Chemist Warehouse Westfield Knox. Keep up the great work!
The pharmacist was very rude and did not want to listen to my concerns regarding a change in the medication provided. The younger Australian pharmacist was supportive, the older Chinese pharmacist was very rude. Will not go there again. There are better smaller pharmacies around with much better attitudes.
Fair and best price: 70% and 30% less than Priceline Westfield Knox..proof attached.
It was a terrible experience; we required just one medication, but it took 28 minutes. The staff was unprofessional and too slow.
Waited in a long queue for 10 minutes just to put my script in. Waited for my medication to be ready for approx 35 minutes just to be told they don’t have it in stock. I asked why I wasn’t told this when putting my script in and the pharmacist could not give me a straight answer. What a waste of time. The pharmacist was also very unhelpful locating where I could go to get the medication.
