Storage King Knoxfield

Knoxfield Storage King is so central to our needs. And the staff, Sarah and Sam are a great help. They’ve assisted us with all our enquiries. The team solve our problems especially when we needed to set up a second storage unit. They gave us the nearest location available to our first unit. I call this great customer service. Our storage unit is safe, secure and best of all weather protected. This is so important and eliminates stress. What I really like is Storage Kings accessibility. We can go there 7 days a week. When unloading it's undercover and in a secure area. This is peace of mind. The floors inside the storage units are always clean. The roller doors are easy to operate, and there are trolleys to use when moving heavy items. Storage King has it all. It even provides a complimentary truck as a one off when moving in. It can’t get better than that.

Store your belongings here!! First off, Sam and Sarah are ever so helpful and will assist you with any queries and get you set up. Very professional, efficient and friendly! Secondly, you get clean and easily accessible storage space. Love the roller doors that open up the whole width of the storage unit unlike some other storage units that are opened with a door. They also have trolleys to help with moving your stuff in bulk. Thirdly, you get to use their truck for one move COMPLIMENTARY!

Top marks for the team Sarah and Sam at Knox. Always friendly and helpful. Always smiling and nothing is to much trouble for them and the premises is always clean and tidy. A credit to them.

Very friendly staff and easy to deal with. Took out a new storage area recently and was really happy with how quick and easy it was.
