I had a great experience at Westfield Knox. The shopping centre is spacious, clean, and has a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. The Ozone dining area is a nice place to relax and enjoy a meal with family or friends. It’s also very family-friendly with activities for kids. Parking is generally convenient, although it can get busy during peak hours. Overall, it’s a great place for shopping, dining, and spending time with family.
Terrible to see the greed supreme.nHundreds of people / hour being charged for parking. These shopping centres in the middle of NOWHERE where land is so cheap and thousands people visit because there is nowhere else to go, charge families exuberant parking fees.nCannot go to see a movie without extra charges.nTheir Christmas tree is a cheap shame, Not good, Westfield greed corporation.nnI would call for boycotting these places and encourage families to visit the Centre for entertainment, food and fun.nnNever again will we go to Knox Westfield Centre.in Melbourne, Victoria Australia
This is the worst and dirtiest westfield i ever visited. The toilets in Ozone is always disgusting and since last thursday the only soap in Men's toilet runs out. used to have two but one left since ages agonThe most disgusting is i told ancleaner on sunday when i visited again and it was still empty today. Again after five days, today Monday, this afternoon i talk to a male cleaner and ask if they can refill the soap in the toilet but still they did nothing! The management should have making sure all the toilets maintain hygience at least as this is near to the restaurants in OZONE! Or they probably don't do their job like the cleaners too? Shame on westfiled Knox!
Ben the receptionist at Westfield Knox is one of the best receptionist I met. This afternoon between 2 and 3pm, the 6/3/25, he was graceful and patiently serviced 3 people with 100% customer satisfaction less than 5 mins.nnHe presented with a positive attitude, inspiration and committed in his duties. Very friendly, very presentable and excellent communications and listening skills.nnHe is professional, good knowledge of the mall, attention to detail, cultural awareness, multitask ability and very observant in the needs of a customer.nnA suggestion, can the Center Manager meet Ben and thank him for the exceptional duties.
