This is the worst and dirtiest westfield i ever visited. The toilets in Ozone is always disgusting and since last thursday the only soap in Men's toilet runs out. used to have two but one left since ages agonThe most disgusting is i told ancleaner on sunday when i visited again and it was still empty today. Again after five days, today Monday, this afternoon i talk to a male cleaner and ask if they can refill the soap in the toilet but still they did nothing! The management should have making sure all the toilets maintain hygience at least as this is near to the restaurants in OZONE! Or they probably don't do their job like the cleaners too? Shame on westfiled Knox!

Westfield Knox is a great shopping centre with a wide variety of stores, making it convenient for just about everything I need—from groceries and fashion to electronics and homewares. I especially like how spacious and clean the mall is, with plenty of seating areas to take a break while shopping.nnThe recent renovations have made a big difference—it feels more modern and welcoming now. The food court has a good range of options, and there are nice cafés scattered throughout the centre if you want something quieter. Parking is generally easy to find, though it can get busy during peak times.nnStaff in the shops I’ve visited have mostly been friendly and helpful, and I enjoy the overall atmosphere. It’s a good place to do both quick errands and spend a relaxed day out.

I recently visited Westfield Knox and had a really good experience overall. The centre is clean, well organised, and has a great variety of stores to choose from.nnIt’s easy to get around, and there are plenty of options for shopping, food, and coffee, which makes it a convenient place to spend a few hours.nnParking was also relatively easy compared to other busy centres, which was a bonus.nnOverall, a solid shopping destination and I would definitely visit again when I’m in the area.
