Fantastic venue with great facilities and atmosphere. however i dont believe certain Clubs like the Danglers Fishing club is the right fit to be hosting their meetings here. they are very biased and traditional in its approach with limited openness to broader participation - particularly land-based fishing enthusiasts. Mostly middle aged and older members and not keen about landbased fishing. it seems that different opinions or recommendations are not always welcomed which can make members feel excluded rather that supported.nA more inclusive and open minded culture would better reflect the diversity of todays fishing community. When u voice your opionions/recommendations, etc they shut u down and eventually get rid of you.
Comfortable place for families and church brothers and sisters
Visited here to support a senior citizens fund raiser. The venue is superb and really great to be maintained by council. Plenty of tables and chairs for a function, meeting or social event. There was sufficient car parking and the venue was easy to access, disability friendly and conveniently located.
A happening space for multi-cultural events of all walks of life. The facility has a wide range of rooms and are neat and well managed.
Really impressed with new and newly renovated buildings. Very friendly environment, heaps of courses and activities on offer. U3A runs out of here too. Also had an outdoor exercise area basic gym type things - like something a physio might ask you to do. Lots of friendships to make.
