Road Safety hazard has been attended to partly by someone who takes road safety and loss of life and trauma seriously. A path has been mowed through the metre high grass. Never seen such overgrown grass causing road safety and a fire hazard on our Roads. Corner of High Street Rd and Wallace Road, Wantirna Sth. Still not ideal but at least now you can see a bit more of cars approaching. On a bend too in an 80 zone. I just pray that there are no serious collisions due to lack of visibility.

The only reason for the high rating is one individual, Nicole who actually helped me with my Rates over the phone. After my horrible experience with the council for different matters and calling them multiple times for simple things and getting dismissed by their agents they are at work but dont wanna deal with anyone and just want to hang up, Nicole actually took the time to take me through the website and show me the options. Great customer service by her! For a city council which doesnt help its own citizens, they need to either promote Nicole, or she should leave this useless place as she deserves more.
Like many other reviews here - getting fined because I was helping members of the community with translations while buying school uniform at the local store here, and because I didn't ditch them to run to my car, move it one spot to the hundreds of other spots and go back inside when the person was clearly struggling. Yes, I shouldn't have parked in a half hour zone but I didn't think I'd be helping anyone - just dropping in and out. But law is law, I'll pay the fine and never help anyone again should it be a risk to me at all. Money over community.
What a disgrace Knox council after previous photos and sent to you and asked 3 months ago and 5 calls to you about the state of the car park staff member replied 4 days ago it will be done before the finals that had 3 games on today and another 3 next week she said there was workers as we speak going out to fix this problem well guess what you failed and need to resign no wonder Knox council has 2 star rating and don’t blame Melbourne water as I stated it is the other end of the work being done end of were they are working
