This is an above average post office. I've never had to wait more than a minute or two to be served. The staff are friendly and professional. I run a business on eBay, so my local post office is important to me. Since moving to Bayswater, I don't have any complaints. It is much better than the Doncaster East LPO.

The most amazing and professional people work there. Always looking forward to help and direct in the costumers best interest and their smile can't not be unnoticed.

Terrible, gave my parcel to the wrong person. Took days to find it, it was me who had to chase this, no return calls. Staff not trained properly, manager was rude.

Staff were unwilling to assist my wife to carry a very heavy package that she could barely lift, to her car that was parked just outside the front door. Poor service!
