This is an above average post office. I've never had to wait more than a minute or two to be served. The staff are friendly and professional. I run a business on eBay, so my local post office is important to me. Since moving to Bayswater, I don't have any complaints. It is much better than the Doncaster East LPO.

Terrible, gave my parcel to the wrong person. Took days to find it, it was me who had to chase this, no return calls. Staff not trained properly, manager was rude.

Never answer the phone, hopeless

Staff were unwilling to assist my wife to carry a very heavy package that she could barely lift, to her car that was parked just outside the front door. Poor service!
