As soon as we entered greetings from security guard, then he ask us to see help desk / reception. He advised us to take a seat and waiting time 5 to 20mins. Security guard advised us this side is full, and you can sit on the other side. We sit there about 5 mins and noticed one of the Centrelink employee Nicole giving us bad look & keep staring towards my wife & 1 year old. After all this Nicole came towards us with very rude and aggressively and asking why you sitting here, As we heard, security guard already told her there’s no seats available on this side. I explained to her as this side was full with customers and security guy advised us to sit here, Nicole keeps going with her poor customer service and telling us, rudely shouldn’t sit here. Nicole there’s way to speak with customer. There’s no option for 0 review,,, bcoz, you don’t deserve 1. Absolutely horrendous experience.
Explained to them why I needed my name format the same in my passport for travel. The staff was condescending and didn’t listen. Ended giving me the paperwork with wrong name format which is useless for travel! The check in was nice though. Went to Centrelink in Springvale and got in done in 5 minutes!
Staffs here are busy in checking their phones in social media and chatting with each other and expressing their problems and frustrations. I don't really get it how come government manage to give them a job while they are incapable of everything. Staffs need to be trained to give them some skills to deal with customers and people.
Staff are unhelpful and don't understand their own processes or systems. Are unable to provide assistance, patronising and totally out of touch with Centrelink's mission to help people in need. Ive been to Centrelink 4x this week and I still haven't got them to understand I'm looking after a cancer patient
I encountered a very rude, snide and condescending male in his 60's at the check in counter. Very unhelpful and did not explain anything when I mentioned I had never been to this office. His attitude and body language reflected his contempt for the disadvantaged, this was at approximately 11:45am today.

If there is 0 star option I would have chosen the 0 star. The worst customer service that I ever had, not only the concierge is rude but the staff attend to you at the counter is talking to you as if you are COVID patient, not even with a name badge on uniform. The Medicare Center is still open, but the staff asked us to come back another time as she cannot finished the task before the Medicare center closed on time. What a ‘superior’ customer services.
YVONNE was amazing. Thank you so much for your help and guidance today. Registering myself with a CRN in order for me to claim Pandemic Relief Payment. She was incredibly helpful and ensured I had my centerlink details connected to the MYGOV app. So glad she looked after me, I walked out feeling happy.
I just witnessed a Chinese couple not being helped at properly, the centrelink worker was absolutely lost , did not know what she was talking about , centrelink needs better and respecting workers. Should Feel very ashamed. Poor service by CL , also the chines couple’s privacy was at risk because the worker was speaking out loud about their information.
Most staff just seems to be chatting with each other. One guy working, but he looks like someone put him in slow motion. Be prepared to spend your whole day here even if your appointment only takes 1 minute once you finally sit down.
