Worst customer service ! I told them why didn’t he knock on my door to deliver the parcel for a signature ! I said because his too lazy ! He left the slip in the letterbox after I had someone wait at home all day ready to sign. I called up another number to let them know and he said that they attempted to deliver ! Cool story but not the truth Get your act together not even an apology!!! How are you even employed ?

We went to this post office to get baby passport photo taken. The staff took a photo, however the baby was not looking at the camera. I told the staff that the baby was not looking at the camera and he said that it is okay. So we paid $17 for passport photo. I emailed my baby photo to Australia Passport and they said that the baby must look at the camera. I went back to the same post office and told the same staff that Australia Passport has a strict regulation regarding baby passport photo. Australia Passport clearly specifies that baby must look at the camera. The staff asked me whether I have lodged the passport application and I said that I have not lodged my passport application, because the baby was not looking at the camera. I asked for a refund, however he refused to give me a refund. I told him that I will never go back to this post office outlet and walked out.

Terrible customer service. Staff standing around, no one able to give useful information, staff just abmbling around out the back. Some of us have other things to do than just stand around all day.

Went in at 4:50 with a card to pick up my package. Young girl was nice and started to look out the back. One of the senior staff members looks at the card and says “that’s tomorrow’s date”. Didn’t even want her to bother looking when she asked if she should just check anyway. I was the only customer at the time. Rude! Most ridiculous part is that I got a text saying I had a package to pick up... 20 MINUTES after I left the store! There is just no sense of customer service in that place whatsoever.

Very unfriendly staff where I have felt so undermined when I've queried an issue and the senior member laughed at me. I told him it was inappropriate amd unhelpful, and that I would never return there. He didn't care about the impact of his behaviour. I will make contact with Australia Post this week to make a further complaint as this attitude isn't the first I had experienced. The staff deserve zero stars.
