Waited at home for parcel delivery. Waited all morning not a peep. Text message saying my package is at Bayswater. No card left at my home no sign the Delivery guy had been to my house. These contractors are so much in a hurry don't even do their job checking to see if anyone at home, to save a few minutes and they ended up wasting our time driving a long way to collect our parcels. So wasted 45minutes of my day because the delivery guy didn't even knock on my door. Lady at sorting office wasn't very helpful either.
Parcel delivery driver Harry from Bayswater Business Hun is amazing. He always tries to hide our packages and is very gentle and respectful with our deliveries.
it fills me with dread, knowing that i have to go to this place and pick up something. the place is a shocker. i would rather have 4 teeth pulled out without an anesthetic, then go to this business hub. i am depressed now, just thinking about having to go there.
The nearest collection point to my house is 500m away and they still sent it here which is 7km away, also the damn delivery guy literally left when I was waving at him from the driveway
Every time I have had the displeasure of having to go and even pickup a parcel from this post office it always turns into a saga . The staff are extremely unhelpful and today ,clearly don’t know how their own parcel locker system works . I have for some time completely boycotted using this location to send parcels as have found them completely incompetent and absolutely not interested in even providing the most basic of customer service . I’m seriously thinking about taking out a p o box at the station st Bayswater aus post location who are amazing and always provide top notch customer service and have friendly helpful staff, just so I don’t have to ever step foot into this location to collect parcels when they are not delivered to my businessnAvoid at all costs . Would give zero stars if possible
