Have always been pleaent to deal with on the phone, issues reported have been resolved quickly. Best example was a cracked drain lid, called after hours and it was resolves within one hour. For all the negatives, I believe the positives outweigh the small amount of complaints. A beautiful area to grow up in and now my kids get to enjoy all the green spaces.
Nice and friendly team, though they dint had the service i was looking fornot their mistake obvisously, they were more than happy to guide me on who to reach out.
Council workers currently doing upgrade/maintenance work along the eastlink track are incredibly rude and unprofessional in their conduct . Also dangerous driving especially when operating machinery and heavy vehicles within a residential area
One of the most rude and unprofessional councils in Australia the are bully the no work and the let people do illegal think without no problem, to don’t trust this council stay away really bad
This has been like this for a while now and nothing done too fix it.
Only posting cause I don't believe they deserve 1star. They're lovely people and have helped us with everything we've asked for, including replacing our bent street sign

Parking inspector scratched my car when placing fine on my windscreen, then when it falls off after wiping my window wipers, sends me a fine for littering that has gone up to $447. After informing them that I wanted to dispute via court
