I’ve been going to the Mitcham North Post Office for years, and the recent change in ownership has brought such a positive transformation.nnNick and Leon make a genuine effort to connect with their customers with their friendly and warm personalities. They always go above and beyond with their exceptional customer service and make every visit enjoyable.nnThey’ve also worked hard to revamp what was once a dreary store by bringing in a new selection of products. I highly recommend stopping by and checking them out, you won’t be disappointed!
The current owner lacks patience in attending to their customers. They began to take the next customer's request while the first customer is still finishing up, resulting in simultaneous dealings with both customers. This left both customers confused. Moreover, there were no greetings or small talk. After examining historical reviews, I believe the current owner has tarnished the legacy left by the previous owner. I will avoid to visit this LPO again.
It is the second time that they have lost my parcel . The best I can sey is , thay have given them to a wrong person , although I can think worst than that .
Tried to call them since 21.10.2024...call is directly sent to voice mail today is 24.10.2024. What is wrong with you people. Tried the call centre, they cant get thru either.
So lucky I won $200 from Ozlotto last week. Thx
