The post office itself is poorly stocked, stuffy and has long wait times due to understaffing. I was provided the wrong envelope by them and when they realised their mistake they charged me for it anyway before engaging in a shouting match with me in front of a queue of customers.nnAusPost HQ has kindly refunded me for their error and recommends any negative experience should also be reported through their website. https://helpandsupport.auspost.com.au/s/products-and-services
Their phone hasn’t been working for the last 2 weeks and there is no other way to contact them. Unfortunately I have to pick up a parcel from this post office and it looks like I’ll have to make a 40 mins trip to physically go and ask if the parcel is there yet or not. What a joke!

Miss the old owners who usenTo look after the customers so much and stop for a small chat when they could.nThe new ownership have destroyed this once awesome family run business into nothing and only going to keep sliding down hill, avoid this post office/ Tatts place they got no idea now since they taken over from Adrian, Angela and Tina plus the smiles of Steph.
Missing the previous owners who knew what they were doing and what customer service it.nThe current Chinese owners have downgraded a once great little shop to a place where customers go to get poor service from staff with little or no patience. They do not speak except to give answers and forget about getting a greeting.nYou really should look into another line of work or get your act together.nnI for one will forever avoid your store unless absolutely necessary.
