Staff at this office have taken incompetency to a whole new level. Almost 10 people are running around the office and hardly any of them can speak or understand English and just stare at you with your parcels in your hands! Prefer to drive for a few minutes and go to another PO every day of the week.

The worst ever, the most of them can not speak and understand English language addition to not to able working with their system to serve customers. When I am asking to stick the fragile sticky tape on items that are sensitive, some of them tell me we dont do that but some other staff do every time for me. when I tell them that I am coming 4 times per week spending more than 300$ per week posting stuff here to send my business parcels and your colleague is doing , they say ok we do but we dont guarantee not to be broken. It is a big shame this kind of customer service for Australia Post. Cant wait to contribute with Amazon coming soon to Australia.

The service is of an average standard, nothing too special. However, the problem with this Post Office store, is that they only have one person that is able to serve you with your passport pictures and everything in the fields of Government paperwork. The store is also quite stinky for some reason and there are often long queues. Not the greatest..
