Centrelink

On the few occasions I've dealt with them I've been treated with courtesy, friendliness & efficiency. I wouldn't enjoy doing their job but they seem to make the best of it. Always so pleasant & helpful. Possibly to do with how we, the public, treat them?

Very friendly and helpful. Quick to get us into the right area and also helped with extra things to make it easier in the future.

It's hard to review the service, because there is no service in Box Hill Centrelink, or I wish i could rate zero star. We went there 29/12/17, and had been told only emergency request can be served, all people before us had been refused. we went to Glen Waverley on the same day for the same request, because we cannot afford to ask for an extra day off from work. Now all done by Glen Waverley Centrelink staff. i suggest everyone go to Glen or Burwood, forget about Box Hill, never had any good experience, unbelievable! i will complain to Centrelink.

Out of all the Centrelink Offices I have been to this one has got to be the worst. It probably doesn’t help with the massive lack of staff. Every time I have been there only 10% of the desks are accompanied by a staff member. The wait periods are practically the same at most Centrelink offices but the problem with this one is that they have one person doing all the work at the “counter” which makes the time a lot longer and stressful. When speaking to staff they seem very unorganised and have no desire to actually do their work. If I could I would rate it a half star because that’s what it really deserves. I feel sorry for anyone who needs to attend this Centrelink Office.

Worst customer service! Extremely angry and rude staff. Plus they basically reject people from 3pm onwards pretending they are "busy" where, in fact, their working hours are till 4:30pm. Save yourself the hassle and visit another Centrelink branch.
