Australia Post - Box Hill Central Post Shop

Everyday I go there and get exceptional service from the staff. The shop is always tidy and neat. Don't believe the bad reviews.

Walked in here with a very delicate item to send off. Not knowing exactly what I would need, I asked the elder assistant if she could help. I told her I had this delicate item to send off and asked what she would suggest as best. She rudely replied 'a box and bubble wrap' and then she huffed as she walked away. Never again will I venture into that post office while that very rude woman works there. I went to another post office and got fantastic treatment and they kindly package the parcel for me. When I mentioned to them about my encounter with the woman at box hill central, they said they were not surprised as they had heard complaints about her many times. I think it is about time this woman was sent back to do a course on how to treat customers....and stop huffing. (Does anyone read the reviews by the way? Perhaps with all the complaints, someone might just let people know they have heard and are listening.)

Wrost post office I have ever see in Australia. Just the worst, the staff is so rude and unfriendly. Sound like debt collectors. Unbelievable! Especially the Indian lady, I do believe she has some mental problem.

this post office as always treated me good,except the indian lady,like she hates ppl or racism,,likes to argue with ppl

They changed address to new central.
