Gave me invalid tracking numbers for my parcels, and had a very crowded store with very little clear instructions on how to find a station to write addresses on items to be posted. Staff were otherwise reasonably friendly, but I wouldn't advise going here for anything other than small-scale posting.
Very neat and tidy post office. Those two ladies were very helpful in delivering my parcels that were ready to be picked up.
The people here are friendly professionals who are indeed helpful whenever I am there for my post office needs. Thanks to them and to Australia Post.
The staff are nice. They also take initiative to send you a text if your packages have been unclaimed for some time, sending you a warning so that your stuff won’t be sent back to sender.
The tall lady who works in Box Hill South LPO has the nastiest attitude I've ever seen, I was trying to take an ID photo, and she said they can only take a passport-size photo, after I said any size is fine, she claimed that she is too busy, so she can't take an ID photo due to the busy condition. I said any post office should be able to take an ID photo, but she ignored me. I repeat my request and the guy who works there asked if she was able to take the picture for me, she was looking at her phone and did not even pull her head up and said “No I don't want to take the photo for him”. Right in front of my face. Eventually, the guy who asked and got rejected by her helped me take the photo, and when I asked to send the digital version to me, she told me to leave my email and she would send it to me later.
