Kind and helpful staff. Very knowledgeable and know how to best help you.nnBeen here twice because AusPost keeps redirecting my package without even attempting to deliver :/  Was a hassle to have to go to a post office when the package should have been delivered, but that's another story and not the branch's fault.

UPDATE: I feel the new owners have somewhat found their feet. My last few visits have been met with friendly staff, though language barrier a small factor.nn******nOwnership change as of Feb 2022. I miss the old crew & their dog.nnIve been in twice since the change - I'll continue to go there for my tatts becaus it's so close but for anything I feel like it'd be easier to travel and find somewhere else.

Very bad service and attitude. I should have checked their reviews. I will never use this post office again.

I have never use the mailing method before , extremely helpful by uncle. Step by step to guide me , recommend to everyone  .nnExcellent service 5/5

Customer service lady was so kind and helpful very fast . She helped me for return parcel.. fantastic customer service from this Post office. Great environment too.
