The Little Asian male postal worker at Wattle Park P.O is very very rude & arrogant. He ALWAYS talks down to me treating me like a young child EVERY TIME I have gone there to use the postal service. He obviously spends too much time alone there staring at the four walls because it is not exactly the busiest postal centre. He needs to understand the meaning of "customer service" and realise his place in society and the workforce. I have also read the reviews about the P.O and am not surprised that other patrons have made similar comment about their similar experiences with the same employee. This person is possibly the Manager there but is still a very very negative representation of Australia Post. I cannot help but share my experiences with other people about this particular P.O.
Hopefully I haven't wasted my time giving you this feedback because when someone takes time to do this you know there must be an issue.

Every time I pick up a package here the owner is unfriendly and rude. Will always ask for ID even though I come in every week. I guess all white people look the same.

Every time I have visited this post office I find rudeness, inefficiency and generally leave feeling annoyed.
