Members office been supportive. Pls Help me. CHL made me homeless by discrimination should not. CHL wanted to throw out my property before 28 day period Justice connect lawyer, aid they can. it is not true. No housing help push by them @ harrisons to go family--- not feasible otherwise I would not have been needing public support in the first place. Domestic Violenc(DV).Harrisons/CHL offered to help me move ALL my PROPERTY after I complained to Justice Connect @ politicians. They were approx. 2 months to organise. Rocky VICTRANS Removal drove from A to B but at B drove away with all MY PROPERTY! Harrisons gave non response - it back from A to B to A again National secret was removalist details when I asked 3 major organisatioins. I see my now VCAT inability is Y they did not let me add $ towards him. Justice Connect has tried to help in ways (some aspects kind) but with VCAT/CHL were assuming where I can live @ communication was poor. Recurrent UTI's cause confusion @ difficulty with communication - urgent medical treatment. VCAT went ahead but member was meant to call me, reception said they will, They did not. They ruled against me. Had neurology appointment-needed to adjourn - hand numb.Who will be liable for my death or injuries from DV? I put myself through university and graduated in the top 15% of the uni with a Golden Key award for Excellence. I Bachelor of Science @ Grad Dip Human Nutrition top of the uni. Brilliant student able to be brilliant scientist. I love it. I love people too. Rocky, Victrans Removals left the heaviest items in the FG Property-did not ask him to FILL truck -why? Didnt' they want the place empty? He brought items back Thx U - To FG (A). CHL then said they will throw out ALL My PROPERTY but gave NO warning not even an hour to organise my own help or removalist or finances. CHL knew Lucra Real Estate had stolen my Property with the Salvation Army who kept it @ sold items like my recliner I needed for my health - can not replace. SA did not $ for night in hotel when I had no where to stay but sold my property!. All abused me by loop holes in law they used. I feel cheated by CHL in the use of the RTA. Make me delay to move @ then dispose rather than leave me to move- suppressed my ability. Lurca on purpose the CHL maybe not but Why offer to move me if they can not move ALL MY property after the promised to pay for ALL? Why all people stealing, cheating me and successful? DISCRIMINATION made homeless for disability ramp @ for inability to keep appoint for inspect but was too unwell. Was grateful, relieved, happy, forgiving when they offered to move my property. Do not need a law for people to know when something is right or wrong. To hurt someone or something would fit as wrong. Mean it or not but amend it pls. Have integrity. Mistake ok. Meanness not. Please help local MP. The neighbours at veronica St @ all otherss please do not do what you do if you can not do it publically and be proud of it. Public, mirror or God there is someone to answer to. Life will make you as everyone has their turn. I will help people live a good healthy life with less Nutritional disease as that is my profession but I also work in helping make the community accessible but now I am brought down to my knees by discrimination. I implore for help as HOMELESS means I can die or become sicker and lose more of the life I built when I worked for 25 years against the odds so why crush me now at once when one was criminal but the other was government. This is a political matter on the processes of helping those like me failing and the services for people like me failing. Tax payers $ @ donations $ to make me HOMELESS? When I am only unwell but a decent person. That means I should lose my property @ risk my life in wrong places? Instead of a street when I can not even walk around? I am independent. I had my home my life. I would like it back. I deserve it back. Please ask MP's to help.
