Our charity has appointed Apex Planning Consultants to advise us on planning application. Paul is extremely knowledgeable in planning matters, pragmatic in his approach, highly professional and ultimately delivered the highest standard of work. He knows the planning policies inside out and asked us the right questions and prepared a compelling planning statement supporting our planning application. Highly Recommended. Will definitely use them again for other projects. We have received a successful planning consent.
Paul helped us with a change of use application in Old Amersham. It was a listed building, in a conservation area. Paul was knowledgeable, sensible and efficient. Ultimately we achieved the permission within a 7 week window. I would certainly use Apex again.
Paul and his team always think outside of the box and offer a professional and personalised service. I've contacted him on a number of occasions for advice on a whole variety of projects. Plus a property he gave advice on back in 2017 was recently featured on Grand Designs.
