A big thank you to the Ambulance Victoria crew in Melbourne for helping my son get to the Emergency Department quickly. The staff were truly amazing. They carried out a prompt and thorough assessment and took him to the ED at the right time. I’m so grateful they arrived quickly and supported us when we really needed help.
I am sorry, I don’t want this review to take it away from the genuine paramedics!nBut about two months ago, I had called the ambulance due to extreme pain which no pain medication would work on it any more!nI had two rookies blonde &thought the world belongs to them! Emma had set on me like a wild dog& kept running me down& forced me to take my sixth Tamadon for the day! She abused me& kept accusing me, that I am not compliant & she doubts if the hospital wants anything to do with meshe could’ve saved two lives while she stood here& abused me! They took me to the hospital, mind no pain relief given from them on the way!nWe arrived at Dandenong ED, she’s pushed my trolley behind the door& went raving to the nurse about me non compliant! Mind you she knows nothing about my long term illness& what I’ve been going through on my own!nShe kept raving & the triage nurse came& help her to take me off the trolly& together they pushed out to the waiting room to wait my turn!nI put a complaint to their head office& asked to be retrained again about their duties& responsibilities! That didn’t happen!! The girl who handled the complaint had emailed me after a month& said: they don’t recall any of that!! So she’s closed my case! I pay private membership all my life& don’t rely on the pension cover!!nSo now after three months , I took a taxi to one of the respected private hospitals ED in the city& I was triaged& diagnosed properly! They found that the source of my pain was a long term broken pelvic floor& most likely it’s been there for at least three years!nNo wander the tramadols that she forced on me didn’t work! They were very negligent & judgemental for no other reason , but because I was an old woman on her own!!nThey’re not doing their job properly & they forgot that they’re not DOCTORS!!!nThey imposed more suffering on me until now I’ve become half paralysed in the legs!! That was disgustingly rude& obnoxious! Who knows how many other people suffered at their hands???

Asking patients if they are aboriginal for preferential treatment is racist and disgraceful. Ceo should be jailed. Never using your service again, I'll catch an uber and send you the bill.
