Been sitting at the priority care clinic in Moe for almost 9 hrs waiting for an ambulance! This clinic closed over 4 hrs ago I'm still here. On oxygen waiting for transport to a hospital. 4.30pm28/6/25 The clinic called 000. It is now 2.17am 29/6/25 . No reason or ETA provided to clinic. Disgusting.
extremely poor service, mostly likely the worst in the world,nMy daughter had a sever broken leg and took 2 hours to turn up the ambulance in the heart of Melbourne which a short distance from the major hospitals and my daughter was screaming from the pain she had SHAME ON VICTORIA AMBULANCE AND SHAME ON VICTORIA GOVERMENT
I’m nearly dying from pain, called the ambulance. I was unable to answer the Paramedic questions inside the ambulance and he simply HIT ME on the chest for me to answer my birthday. Which only escalated my medical condition as when I start saying for him to don’t do that was already at the front of the hospital 3 security men start held me by the arm as if I was a criminal. Then rather than emergency services. The Alfred Hospital doctor put in a room completely alone for over 2 hours with Security in the front door. I ended up standing up from the bed and went to a different hospital by myself in a condition 50.000 times worse than I came in. Then I tried to call an ambulance for this and the lady said was going to TAKE another HOUR just for them to CALL me back not for ambulance to be send
Their website is the absolute worst. It won't let me log in. I took myself off family membership due to marriage separation. Could not get a credit, even though the money has been coming out of my account for 20 years. Ok then. Now I have rejoined a couple of days later and I have a waiting period. Nice.. No reflection on the drivers and paramedics, they're the best!
