I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Jimmy Lam. The consultation felt extremely rushed, and it seemed like the doctor just wanted to finish quickly without taking any real responsibility for my concerns. It seemed like I was talking to an intern not an experienced GP. Like a robot, just reading out the numbers without explaining what might actually be going on. If this is the standard, then anyone could be a GP. Also, he seems to treat people differently depending on who they are. Unfortunately, I found this approach completely unprofessional and not suitable for someone in this role. I will have to change to another GP.

I cannot recommend DR Margaret Harris enough I have presented with quite a complex case and being dismissed by a few specialist not only has Dr Harris made sure that I don’t feel crazy. She has helped and validate as well as help me manage my condition. I am so grateful for her and I would recommend her to everyone.

Have been coming here for family needs and very happy with the level of service. We usually see Dr. Aisha and she very caring, nurturing and extremely knowledgeable. I have taken my newborn baby for six weeks check and other medical needs and she has been amazing for him. The nursing team are so caring as well and we had immunisations done there for bub, they do it quickly with team of two to get through those at same time which is such a great service and really reduce pain. It’s efficient and I have always been able to get an appointment that day or next. The reception team do a great job also processing everything’s and checking everyone in.

This practice should be legally responsible for the actions of its arrogant gp Dr.Khera,nWho brushed my concerns off as I said my 18 months old have bacterial infection,nHe arrogantly indicated do you know we charge extra?!nAnd also said it’s just viral and come see me in a week,nMy son was unresponsive 6 hours after,nHe understands nothing, he has no medical knowledge just papers,nSo boycott this clinic and go elsewherenThank god 24hrs post antibiotic treatment my son is back to his happy selfnGet advise from anyone but this individualnPatheticnThat’s all

took the wife for tests, and we sat in the reception for close to half an hour without attendance, a dreary place and not so made up at all. ceiling was blotted, carpets were dirty, chairs were terribly uncomfortable. at least they have some toys for kids and magazines. not impressed!
