I have never heard of a medical centre charging an administration fee of $30 per person to actually be seen by a doctor! There are six members in my family and we need to pay $180 before we can see a doctor at Family Care Lower Templestowe. Absolutely and utterly ludicrous. Shows how money-hungry this medical centre actually is...Rip-Off!

I agreed with most of the reviews and I found $30 is very much reasonable for me to pay one off enrollment fees . Rather waiting 5 hrs in unwell situation at  Public hospital feels like 5Yrs waiting..
 Also, I can generate $300 or more in 5 hours. and $30 avoid miss use of such decent practicing doctors.

Rang for an appointment thinking that this practice had bulk billing and was asked to pay a $30 "registration fee". I've never heard of this in my life. It sounds unethical and as though they can not afford to pay their receptionist themselves.

Convenient location. Very friendly doctor and ample parking in the back or on the street. I hardly have to wait to see the doctor.
