Today I asked for some assistance in choosing a padded envelope to send overseas. After the blonde lady at the back desk gave me the advice I needed, I then heard her scoffing when my back turned and tell the brunette lady behind the counter how I was "silly for not measuring the dvd case" and that I "surely would have blamed them if the product didn't fit". I turned around to see if they would actually speak about me to me, as a decent and polite adults, but they avoided my eye contact. I work in customer service and this was appalling service at best. I can already see that there's a few bad reviews here so obviously this level of service is acceptable at the Tunstall Square Australia Post. Poor behaviour from "adults" who don't value their job or care how they represent their employees.

Disgusting, rude and low-life Filipino lady with useless blonde lady run this. They are bottom of the barrel human beings, more animals than human.

I rarely write reviews, but couldn't let this one slide. The past few times I went to this Aus post the Asian lady there is an absolute disgrace, she looks at you like she hates you, she's constantly rude. Throws receipts on the table even if you have your hand out. I'm always polite and smile and say "thank you" yet she couldn't care less. If the owners reading this, check your camera footage and see how she treats customers. Reading all the bad reviews below, you guys need to take action, either fire her or send her to the back where she can just stack boxes all day.. can google please give us a zero star option??

Within the newsagency, great to have it back after a long absence. Private mail boxes are outside the shop across the road. Not an ideal set up but better than none.
