Very rude and abrupt staff here. They yell and scream at one another in their language in front of many customers. They snatch money out of your hand and don't even look at you,. I remember once a post office was a friendly quiet environment. Come here as last resort.

the good : open on saturdays. the bad : very poor english speakers + unfriendly. please hire at least 1 native english speaker . Also tge mail I recieve get thrown every where and even left in wrong post boxes.

Ridiculous service. Plain arrogance and rude. The lady there should not be allowed to be anywhere near a post office. Trust me it's not because she is an Asian with limited English, i am an Asian with limited English. She is a plain douchebag end of story.

Cold and indifferent face every time they provide me the service over the counter. Wonder how could Australian Post ever grant them a license. Forgot to say they also charge $5 dollars for certifying a single piece of document.
