I ve been there for a few years now but the service and communication skills of some receptionists do not meet the standard at all. For example, the receptionist could not understand me (maybe due to bad recetion) so hung up on me before i tried to use different locations; and without any apology or any explanations then did not answer my calls after. .... .... ended up making an appointment online.

Joanna is a very friendly and knowledgeable nurse/receptionist, she always made us feel less miserable when we were sick, she is such a pleasure to chat to. Jun is also super nice, she is so skillful when taking blood and giving injections. We have been going to Jackson Court Clinic for the past 17 years, Dr Thompson has been my daughter's idol since then, she is so patient and experienced, she explains everything thoroughly and always offers very professional advice.

Great service and professional staff. Joanna at the reception has been super friendly and caring to patients. Would definitely recommend this clinic to friends.

The clinic has negative vibes, from the customer service to the doctors. Made an appt to see the dr at 4pm and reached the clinic at 350pm. Im still waiting to see the doctor at 445pm. The customer service officer told me the dr was late after I went to see her. I told her if I walk in to see any doctor, it will be faster. What's the point of making appointment when the doctor has no ethics and be late? Worst still, the dr sees her patient for a long time and not efficient at all.

Jackson court clinic is the best clinic that all my family member to go with, they have very patient and knowledgeable doctor and staff which provide the holistic care, show respect, very professional to us. Especially they are open till the night time, it is very convenient to us when we have any urgent situation or can visit the doctor after work if needed.
