This is THE WORST medical center in Melbourne, nowadays. There was only one good Dr Pareek, who used to look after patients and was passionate about providing the best services, has gone from there. So there is no point going there and wasting the time. As they are there to make money only. They don't have any concern or empathy towards patients. So pls find a good GP and do a huge favor to yourself & your health.

Today I realized that if you want to die a slow death you go to Blackburn rd medical centre.. I went today to get my results from tests and after telling me they only had half my results, and I should call back tomorrow to see if the other half of my one test. Seriously its one test you either have it or you dont, plus I spoke to the company who took the sample and said it was emailed on Saturday past!! 3min later get a call sorry we made a mistake and we have your result!! Test find no problems!! Great doctor so why am I coughing to the point where I vomit?? Doctor im not sure!!! I had to force him to give me a referral to specialist!!! Sorry I forgot your only competent is writing scripts for antibiotics and oxicodin for junkies!!! So much incompetence from reception to doctor!! Never coming back again nor is my family!!

This is a joke. Went there to get my blood test for vitamin test after a year and got a random doctor Solaf Shakir who told me that we don't do blood test whenever you need as you'll need to pay for it even though this is a bulk billing. I was so shocked to hear it ended up arguing with her and she let me have blood test just for Cholesterol. This doctor has zero manners is an absolute joke . So disappointing service.

I have had mostly positive experiences. I agree that often,  there is a delay in seeing the Dr but I really like my Dr's. I see Dr Hollingshead and Dr Jayweera. I have had several serious health issues and they have been prompt in getting me the right support. They are both really good with kids too.
