Receptionist too busy to even tell me if they have a speech pathologist at the clinic. Told me to ring back tomorrow and ask Dorovich? She actually doesn’t know what speech pathology is and works at a medical clinic. Also in response to the clinic’s comment below, you are a dishonest business as I have defiantly been a patient at the clinic and have even used your allied health services.
A good GP clinic should never turn away an acute presentation without initial work up and management. Unfortunately they did for a long term patient with new chest pain, without so much an ECG with the nurse. This is how patients cardiac arrest in the car park and ends up a law suit. Please have more compassion in the future. I can only hope this is a one-off occurrence.
After my family GP had passed away I had struggled to find another that filled the gap. Once I had a visit here I knew that my search was over. From the time that you are greeted by the receptionists, who are warm & friendly, to seeing any of the Doctors who are attentive & thorough, the experience end to end is fantastic. I’m not understanding the 1 star review & stating the conversation of the reception staff was inappropriate, as I can’t ever imagine that being the case. Please don’t let that persons review put you off attending this clinic.
The staff and doctors here were fantastic. The clinic was very well run. I came over from Tasmania about 3 months ago was pleased I found this practice . It would be nice Other medical groups could be more like this one. Thanks Rj.
Doctor treat my problem for 5 months with the same problem, finally I went to the hospital and other clinic, they said it's only a simple irritation, I been cured just in one week. And every time I wait more than 1 HR even I already had an appointment, the longest one is about 2 HR waiting there.
The Doctors, nurses & the receptionists are great people
Doctors and staff are very friendly and caring. They go out of their way to help you. Best clinic I have ever attended.

Staff weren’t very nice , definitely need to improve on communication..
The receptionist need to not talk about killing dogs and other ‘family pet’ animals in front of people waiting to be seen
