We see Dr Rick Jarman and he is fantastic with my son. Really thorough and kind. I feel he has always gone above and beyond to take care of us and has relieved a lot of anxiety we had from previous bad experiences with other paeds.
I have never seen such a caring and kind doctor like him before. He is very good with kids and very professional. I'm so happy that I finally find the perfect Paediatrician for my son after seeing so many different paediatricians. It does worth the wait for months to see him. And the girls at the reception also kind and friendly. Thank you very much for your great service. Thank you very much Dr Frederick Jarman.

We have seen Dr Chandran for years, for all of our children- she is fantastic- knowledgeable, understanding and supportive. Unfortunately the reception set-up is really dysfunctional- the phone is never answered, you can leave a message but staff may call back at any time over the next couple of days- if you happen to miss it you have to call and start the process again. If you email you get an automated response to call instead. The reception staff are extremely unpleasant to deal with- abrupt, unhelpful- poor manners and no understanding of phone etiquette. We would have gone elsewhere long ago if we weren’t so impressed with our pediatrician.
Dr Jarman is a true specialist in this field. I can not imagine how we would have navigated the challenges without his assistance over the last 5 years.
As others have said - admin here is a freakin nightmare and this is from someone who has seen multiple specialists over the past 10 years for various things. We've since gone elsewhere as getting any info outside of your appointment you've waited 6 months for is abysmal. The doctor seen was fairly good but not worth the runaround and lack of basic communication from the reception.
if i could leave a zero star review i would. the lady who called me back was the rudest most abrupt and unprofessional person i have ever come across. if it were my business i would be horrified at these google reviews and also reviewing the staff employed to speak to new and existing patients. how disappointing
Rick Jarman failed to diagnose my autism spectrum disorder despite many years of seeing him and told my parents I was just going to be one of those people who kept falling through the cracks. He also breached patient doctor confidentiality and told me that a person I was having issues with at school was a patient of his and told me his diagnosis. I'd dearly love to throw my psych report from a clinic that actually bothered to properly investigate and test me in his smug face.
We have been under the care of Dr Rick Jarman for about 8 years. He really listens to both parents & the kids. Any behaviour & medication is dealt with respectfully & with full consultation. Could not recommend higher. Very happy with Dr Rick
We have had incredible experiences with Dr Chandran since commencing at this clinic 7 months ago. After battling with severe behavioural problems with my now 13 year old, his ADHD was finally treated from the first appointment. Within days we saw a calmer, more focused and happier child. He can articulate far better and is a joy to be around. He is learning well and just about ready to commence school again. Having ADHD/ASD myself, I understand the benefits of getting the right meds and right dosage in order for our brain to work effectively. We started taking our younger son there and he's doing so much better at school, less anxiety too. Highly recommend Dr Chandran. She has helped our family so much!
