I had IBS / Coeliac kind of symptoms and I've been advised to avoid diary / bread and follow a strict FODMAP diet. I couldn't eat most of the items I like and it was causing me grief. I consulted Dr Saini and underwent six months Ayurvedic treatment and I'm 80% recovered. My stomach becomes upset if I eat too much bit otherwise I'm absolutely fine. Now I take diary / bread and it doesn't cause me any gut issues. I found that the treatment fee and medicines are expensive but I'm happy that I recovered.

I first saw Dr. Saini after having suffered from recurring severe depressions for many years. He encouraged me not to give up on my health and introduced me to some aspects of Ayurvedic lifestyle. Since I take personalized herbs, practice Yoga and Meditation and (try to) follow Dr. Saini's recommendations for an optimized diet. And I must say: after just 4 months of treatment I'm feeling much better and I start rediscovering the "joy of life". I also would like to mention that I left Australia after several weeks of treatment and really appreciate the online contact with Dr. Saini, by which I still feel very well cared for.
