I have been getting my annual check up for over 20 years at the Epworth Mens Health Clinic. My Doctor was on sabbatical so I was referred to Dr Dunne. He did the usual checks, certainly nothing that would necessitate going to the Mens Health Clinic. After 8 weeks and not hearing back I finally called and was told by the receptionist that I would need to make another booking to get my results. Really? 8 weeks? How was I supposed to know this. Why would they not try to book an appointment? No one could care less. I asked if I can make the assumption that everything is OK since there was no call back. I can not make that assumption. So now I need to either go back or go see another doctor to make sure that everything is OK. If I did not call I would still be waiting. Waste of time.
Luke is very thorough. He is approachable and makes you feel at ease. He’s been on time every occasion I’ve seen him.
