Couldn’t attend at the last moment and cancelled an hour before I was due in, purely because my baby can’t be vaccinated at the moment and was already very unwell. When I explained this to the secretary I was lectured on how this inconvenienced others and I should have given more notice. It’s surprising to be lectured about priorities when management would rather they have a higher ranking than an unwell infant who is a public health liability. But sure. There’s always other clinics, much closer to home. Was really looking forward to meeting the highly recommended doctor but not if I have to go through that kind of admin.

We have been attending here for 10 years. The doctors have watched my family grow up. They are great team, caring doctors and fabulous reception. Busy but great

Why do you book an appointment? So you don't waste time and wait while others walk in sit for ,ten minutes and get in before you.i don't live far booked an appointment at 12pm.rang up to make sure the appointment still ok the receptionist told me it's changed to 12,30 so we allowed 10 min early so we came at 12,20 she said have seat and now it's 1,10 she just got called in. I HOPE DR RIZK KNOWS THAT.THEY SHOULD SAY NO APPOINTMENTS FIRST IN FIRST SERVED. I'M LUCKY I DON'T USE THAT CENTER.

Dodge as... went to the appointment on time, been put back in the queue because someone they know need to see the doctor...

Was left a voicemail at 8.00pm the night before appointment asking me to call back. Once i did the receptionist informed me they had double booked without the doctors permission and were cancelling my appointment......all the receptionist could say was sorry without offering any alternative. Can't help but wonder what would happen if i hadn't called back and had just shown up at my scheduled time the next day. I do not recommend going here unless it is your last resort.
