Absolutely disappointed in how the staff handled Passport applications as I had to do a total of 3 trips on a hot day for them to process it.

Horrible staff, horrible service.

Not open Saturdays. Miserable staff. Open the doors late frequently. Slow at serving customers even if a long que waiting they go SLOW. If your in a hurry - go somewhere else.
