Avoid working at CFA at all costs. I highly recommend you do your research on Glassdoor reviews before even considering them as your next employer. Will save you a lot on your mental healthnnI recently worked at CFA Headquarters and found my manager Fiona Cadd made my experience/ environment very toxic. You won’t get ongoing training and coaching and you’ll be expected to know everything in a place where everything is wishy washy.nnThe most frustrating aspects was the lack of clear direction and processes. Management frequently shifted priorities without proper communication. Additionally, the workload was consistently overwhelming, with little acknowledgment or appreciation for the effort put in.nnThere was little room for professional growth or development. CFA needs a lot of work especially within People & Culture space -induction and training.
Have emailed this organisation on a number of issues and could never get a straight answer from anyone, i wouldn't advise asking more than one question in an email, you will only get half an answer to your first. In the end i was advised not to email anymore, clearly something to hide id imagine. Pathetic paid staff and bad attitudes, run by morons

The best service ever under my nose in Vermont South I was still on the phone to 000 when we had a fire, looked up & the truck was already outside my house! Save my home!
Shame on you CFA for stealing medications and a pocket knife that had been in the family for years. Still waiting on a formal resolution. Just because you serve the community, does not give you the right to help yourself.
