Centrelink and Medicare

Pathetic services. Came to submit documents as I was told and service lady just dismissed me and told me to go online and that it’s just a generic message they sent to everyone and that I dont even need to be there. She couldnt be more rude by not even having a look on which documents were appropriate and told me to go and do it online. Generic message shouldnt be sent if it gives you wrong instructions.

Amazing service considering there was so many people in the queue. The staffs are very efficient and professional. Doreen who processed our application was very helpful.

Worst service...it has become a joke to waste people's time....i have never visited such a pathetic department before except ATO...staff was good but the way people are forced to use the computers by themselves is mind-boggling..
