Centrelink is not a happy place to go - nobody is going there to spend a fun afternoon..nHowever when I went with a fairly quick query, I was in and out within an hour, and it seemed that my quick query was prioritised. All 3 of the staff that I dealt with from start to finish were friendly, polite and helpful.nIf you drive there and might have an issue that will take a while, parking could be an issue as the parking directly out the front is 2 hour only.
We had a great experience here—the wait time was short, and the staff were helpful and friendly. So much easier than attempting the online forms for our more complicated case!
I went to C.link on 15th of May and wanted to ask the staff about childcare subsidy and why my hrs decreased. The staff who assisted me was Tammy and she had the worst behaviour you can imagine. She asked for my husband’s ID and when she was giving it back she just threw the ID on his face.nnI did ask for a manager and wanted to complain. Another staff member came and she even did not know how to submit a formal complain.nnI hope C. Link action it otherwise going there give me an anxiety now and I heard this from a lot of my client too. They get anxiety when they go there.
First time since 1979 Ive needed to deal with this lot. Forget about it! I am a veteran who receives $6.80 F/N from the scumbags at DVA. FTG I'll find my own way to make money!
My mum had to go centrelink to apply for something. She said that she went there with all the documentations she needed, then one of the staff members said that she needed something else signed, then my mum said that she was told that she didn’t and they kept arguing about it for a few mins. After that my mum left really stressed, and fainted on the way out. After she came back the staff member said don’t worry about the thing she needed signed and it was fixed on the spot. So why put her through all that stress?
