Staff I interacted with were courteous and helpful. Had appointment with Lola who was understanding and patient. Prompt service.
The lady who hide one eye with her hair is so rude and today she had give a very bad behaviour to elderly person and make him confuse to find his identity card other wise few asistant was good and nice.
