VicRoads Dandenong Customer Service Centre

Pretty friggin busy location. I can't fault the customer service though. I had a friendly rep who made the process of changing over my interstate licence relatively painless. VicRoads itself though could definitely streamline it's processes as it shouldn't take a few weeks to get an appointment to have my application processed

Long queues but there were no delays. I had to renew my license as I was unable to, online. Melissa at the counter was very helpful and did a fantastic job. Brilliant customer service skills.

Had a roadworthy done and needed new Victorian registration. Unbelievably swift welcoming fast efficient service 9.15am Friday morning . No fuss service, was surprised from previous experiences elsewhere and alike. The new girl serving was a delightful person too and helped me out a bunch. Thanks .

At first, I met a lady who couldn't help me then I spoke with the manager and he said he can't too, but when I change the location to another VicRoads they sorted it out so fast. That was really a waste of my time. Why the other can but this one can't deal with my problem?!

Vic Roads was extremely busy and I thought there would be a very long wait but was happily surprised at how efficient their processes have become and how quickly and efficiently I was served

I had issues with permit printed out online later found some mistake I went to this vic road just to fix it for me a lady call me she was very nice try to fix my problem . She asked manager but manager was given me reasson if you buy something from shopping you can't return back . She said you have to pay full amount again I can't fix it .

i had a beautiful worker named noi show amazing customer service , she was so polite and showed positive energy and i felt so comfortable to talk to her

I was impressed with the service I received here when converting my driver's licence over. I also observed the staff trying hard to deal with difficult situations that were out of their control and trying to fix problems instead of turning people away.

Such a wierd experience with one of the staff members here, provided the wrong information about the learners permit. And when I called VicRoads, the information was totally different.

This morning I was served by I think her name was Anna but I'm not sure. She was helpful and explained everything with respect. I wish her all the best. Thankyou
